Why do we do what we do?
"Here at Alpine, we want to make sure we answer not just the 'What we do question', but also the 'How we do it' question that so many organizations tend to focus on. We want to ask ourselves and run a ministry based on this simple, yet so profound question... “Why do we do what we do ?”. We do what we do because Christ first did it for us and we hope to model who he is, so your ministry family and you may encounter Jesus during your stay with us. When you stay here at Alpine you will see our staff laughing, playing and joining in celebration because Jesus joined in the celebration (John 2:1-11). We will go the extra mile to serve you and your group because Jesus asked us to (Matthew 5: 38-42). We will speak the Truth because Jesus spoke the truth (Matthew 22: 15-16). But above all we will Love your ministry family and you because… You guessed it! Jesus Loved all (John 3:16).
So when I think about why we do what we do here at Alpine, It’s not about income, It’s not about a good name, it’s not even about Christian Camping. It’s about being like our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. That’s why we do what we do."
